Information for Participants

Before attendance at this symposium

  • All presentations will be carried out on “Zoom”. Please make sure your network connection and workability of your microphone, speaker and camera.
  • Please install the latest version of Zoom application as much as possible.
  • Please make sure the ways to switch your microphone and video, to fill in the chat field, and to change your display name in advance.
  • Please enter the Zoom system using your full name and affiliation. For example, “Taro Peptide (Peptide Univ.)”. Please do not use your nickname.

Room entry

Oral presentations

  • After entry from your “My page” on the online meeting website of this symposium, please click the URL of Zoom meeting. Please wait until the host allows you to join.

Poster presentations

  • After entry from your “My page” on the online meeting website of this symposium, please click the URL of Zoom meeting for each poster presentation.
  • Participants can browse the poster slides at any time during the symposium. Please click “PDF” on the presenter’s page.
  • Participants can post their questions from the poster presentation’s page at any time during the symposium. Please click “Question” on the poster presentation’s page to post questions. These questions and answers can only be viewed by participants.

During presentation

  • During oral presentations, we ask audiences to turn off your microphone and video.
  • In oral presentations, please use the chat field when you have any questions. For example, “I am Taro Peptide (Peptide Univ.). I have a question.”. After the chair calls you, please ask your question with your microphone and video. Please turn off your microphone and video after your question and comment.
  • In poster presentations, please use your microphone and video when you ask questions.
  • Howling will occur if you participate from the same room on multiple computers, so please keep a sufficient distance between the computers and use earphones or keep all muted without one computer.
  • During presentations, you can enter or exit the room freely. Please click “exit the meeting” when you move the room.

  • We ask you to show your full name and affiliation in your attendance at this symposium. Also, show your full name and affiliation when you cast your question.
