Registration desk

Advance registration
For domestic participants who have completed advance registration, wear a name budge and join the symposium without stopping by the registration desk. For overseas participants who have completed advance registration, pay the advance registration fee and receive a name budge and a receipt at the registration desk. Only cash payment (JPY) is acceptable.

On-site registration

- Free shuttle buses will be provided from the meeting venue. Departure time, 18:40~19:00.

- Banquet fees are regular, 8,000JPY and student, 4,000JPY.

Photography & recording
Photography and recording with camera, video, mobile phone and any devices is NOT allowed at the meeting site. Please note that some recording may be performed after obtaining the board meeting’s approval.
The use of the Internet (Wireless LAN)
You can connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) during the symposium.
We will inform you of the connection method, the guest account, and the available place by notices in the venue.
Luncheon seminar
Lunch tickets will be distributed at the registration desk in the morning of Nov 20 and 21. Only tickets for the seminars on the day are provided on a first-come-first served basis.
