Registration is done on the web.
Please click on ‘Create 62JPS ID’ to register your participation in this symposium.
Registration procedure
1. Creation of 62JPS ID
2. Email after tentative creation (automatic reply email)
You will receive a tentative creation email with the URL to complete creation of ID. Please click on the URL to complete. Please make sure to set your email address to receive emails from symposium@peptide-soc.jp, as the automatic reply email may be sent to your spam folder.
3. Completion of ID creation and participation registration
After completing the creation of ID, you will be able to log in to “62JPS MyPage”. Please proceed to the MyPage from the link on the creation completion page. Click the “Register” button on the MyPage and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
4. Completion of registration
- Early bird registration: July 1 (Tue) – September 6 (Sat), 2025 (JST)
Registration fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer during the above period.
If there is no payment until the due date, registration will be invalid. You will receive an email after registration is completed.
For credit card payment, you will receive an email after payment is completed. Registration will be completed with this email.

- Those wishing to apply for the membership discount must be a member of the American Peptide Society, Australian Peptide Association, European Peptide Society, Indian Peptide Society, Korean Peptide Protein Society, Peptides and Proteins Society Singapore, or Chinese Peptide Colleagues.
- The registration fee for on-site registration can be paid in cash (in Japanese yen) or by credit card.
- The registration fee is subject to Japanese consumption tax.
- The symposium has not obtained a Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number under the Japanese Invoice System.
Method of payment
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB). Bank transfer is only available in Japan.
For bank transfer (domestic only)
Please make the payment after filling out the registration form.
- You can use bank counters, ATMs, Internet banking, etc. In either case, please enter (1) registration number and (2) name in the automatic reply e-mail. Without these three pieces of information, it may not be possible to identify the person who made the transfer. (Input example: 6022999 Peptide Taro).
- Please bear the transfer fee by yourself. Please keep a copy of the payment handling slip (postal payment slip) by yourself.

Change of registration / cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your registration details or cancel your participation, please contact the secretariat office (62jps@peptide-soc.jp) by e-mail. However, once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable regardless of the reason. Please understand this in advance.
