Abstract submission

The Japanese Peptide Society invites you to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at our The 62nd Japanese Peptide Symposium. To submit your presentation, please click on the “Abstract Submission” button below.
- Before submitting your abstract, please create a 62JPS ID and register to participate.
- If you already have a 62JPS ID, please click the “Submit new abstract” button on your 62JPS MyPage. This button will only be displayed to members of the Japanese Peptide Society who have already registered to participate.
- You can check the details of your abstracts and its acceptance status on your MyPage for each presentation.
- If you have any questions, please contact the symposium secretariat at 62jps@peptide-soc.jp.
- The information you submit will be used for program creation.
- The representative presenter must be a member of the Japanese Peptide Society. When registering to participate, please select “Japanese Peptide Society” as your affiliated society.
- Non-members must complete the membership application of the Japanese Peptide Society by the time of submission. If your membership number has not been issued by the time of submission, please check the “Under subscription” box. This restriction does not apply to co-presentations as a joint researcher.
Preparation instructions
Abstracts must be uploaded onto the website of “The 62nd Japanese Peptide Symposium” in Microsoft Word file and PDF file using this template. If you simply type into this template there should be no need to worry about the page layout, font size and/or spacing.However, some critical details are given below:
- A one-page written in English.
- The maximum length of an abstract is one A4 sheet (not a US letter) with 25 mm margins on the top, left, and right sides and 30 mm for the bottom.
- Use exact 18 pt spacing throughout the document and Times New Roman font with 12 pt.
- The title has to be bolded with uppercase letters and left-adjusted.
- Leave one line with exact 18 pt spacing between title and author list.
- For authors from multiple institutions, superscripts, 1, 2, 3,… after the author names should be used.
- Take 25 mm left margin for the title and author’s name.
- Leave one line with exact 18 pt spacing between the author list and the affiliations.
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- Leave one line with exact 18 pt spacing between the affiliations and the text.
- Indent each paragraph 1.25 cm.
- Figures and appropriate key references [1,2] may be included within the one-page limit if desired.
- Citations should be in-line, as a number enclosed in square brackets. The corresponding reference list (in numerical order) begins below the end of the text.

- For presenters under 35 years old, they can apply for Poster Award, which has to be indicated during the submission.
