近年、HIV-1Tatペプチドをはじめとした膜透過性ペプチドベクターを用いた生理活性タンパク質や薬物の細胞内導入法が注目されています。本シンポジウムでは、このような高機能細胞膜透過ベクターの開発を念頭に、国内外の主要研究者を集め、特にベクターの化学的なデザインと細胞内移行能や移行機序との関係、さらにはこの方法論の医療や材料科学等への応用に関して討論することを目的としています。本シンポジウムは、11月5〜8日に開催される第43回ペプチド討論会・第4回ペプチド工学国際会議のサテライトシンポジウムの第9回ペプチドフォーラムとして開催されます。
